⚠️ Important customer notice - We're Moving! 📦🏡

We have some exciting news! Oak Tree Pet Care Services will be moving to our new home on 14th August.

🚨 What does this mean for our customers?

🐹Boarding Customers🐢
From 14th August, all boarding drop-offs and collections will take place at our new address:

📍 374 Jersey Road, SA1 7DW (Just 7 minutes from our current address!)

🐕 Dog Walking Customers
There may be some minor disruption to our dog walking service next week while we complete the move. We'll contact anyone affected directly and do everything we can to keep any disruption to an absolute minimum.

We're incredibly excited for this next chapter. The move will allow us to continue growing and providing the best possible care for all of your wonderful pets. Thank you all for your continued support and understanding—it truly means the world to us. ❤️

Yesterday we received the heartbreaking news that one of our wonderful regulars Nipper, has sadly passed away.

Nipper was a truly special boy, and we feel incredibly privileged to have been a small part of his life.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Nipper's family during this incredibly difficult time. Thank you for trusting us to care for such a lovely companion. We hope that, in time, the countless happy memories you shared together will bring you comfort.

Oak Tree Gardening Services! 👨‍🌾🪴🏵

No, we haven't decided to branch out into new services (yet).

We have had a number of clients in recend weeks, ask if we would mind watering the flowers whilst we're at the property carrying out drop in visits.🚿

We're always more than happy to perform small tasks whilst we're there, whether it's watering the flowers, closing the blinds or putting the bins out on bin day! We draw the line at doing the dishes and dusting though 😉

⚠️☀️Customer notice ☀️⚠️

We are once again expecting significant disruption to our dog walks next week due to high temperatures, whilst some dogs can tolerate higher temperatures than others (depending on breed, age, coat type, activity levels etc), we are expecting day time temperatures of 30°c and above for most of the week, unfortunately these temperatures are too high for all dogs 🌡🐶

As always, we massively appreciate your support and understanding, we will always put pet welfare above all else.

Where possible, we are happy to arrange drop in visits and very early walks ( before 9am ) where we can.
