Please note that I now require full payment for missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice. This also applies to arrivals more than 15 minutes late.

As I run my schedule back-to-back without breaks, late arrivals impact the next appointments. I hope you can understand that this is necessary to keep things running smoothly and ensure I’m not missing slots that can be filled!!
