SHADOW is lost from the SOLE ST, MEOPHAM, KENT, DA13 area.

Shadow disappeared from Royal Hounds dog walking field carpark, when he got scared and managed to get free from his walker.

Please KEEP A LOOK out along your journey for SHADOW, if you see him please alert the station you depart at or call Network Rail directly on 0345 711 4141 and send any footage through to [email protected]

🚕 travel around the area all day... please could you put a poster on your car/van window?

🏭 work in a busy factory, office, industrial estate or distribution hub... please could you put a poster on your staff noticeboard/canteen?

If you have found him and got him safe, thank you! Have you contacted the local dog warden (required by Law if you find a lost dog) or the local vets, as they are all aware that he is missing and will help get him home.

Information for XL bully owners!! This is taken from the official government website regarding the measurements for what they’ll be looking for. If your dog fits several of these criteria they will need to be registered.

General impression
Large dog with a muscular body and blocky head, suggesting great strength and power for its size. Powerfully built individual.

Height
Adult male from 20in (51 cm) at the withers
Adult female from 19in (48cm) at the withers
Head
Heavy, large and broad
The length from the tip of the nose to a well-defined stop (indentation between muzzle and the head) is equal to around a 1/3 of the length from the stop to the back of the head
Muzzle blocky or slightly squared to fall away below the eyes
Topline of muzzle straight
Prominent cheek muscles with strong, well-defined jaws and lips semi-close
Often having prominent wrinkles on face
Nose is large with well opened nostrils
Teeth
Level or scissor bite.

Neck
Heavy, muscular, slightly arched, tapering from the shoulders to the base of the skull

Applications will be subject to a £92.40 application fee, to cover administration costs this for the Certificate of Exemption.

From 31st Decemeber 2023 all xl bullys need to be muzzled and on a lead in public, this includes in a vehicle.
It will also be illegal to own,sell,buy,breed and rehome any dogs which fall under XL Bully.

31st January 2024 to register their dogs on the Index of Exempted Dogs. You will need proof of neutering and microchipping.
If your dog is older than 1 years old on 31st January 2024 it must be neutered by 30th June 2024
If your dog is less than 1 years old on 31st January 2024 it must be neutered by 31st December 2024

It is with great sadness that today is also Charlottes last day with PJ Paws.

Charlotte’s help, contribution and wealth of knowledge has been invaluable to us and her customer facing skills have proven second to none.

All the dogs she has met will miss her.

I hope everyone will join me in wishing her all the best with her future endeavours.

Todays a day for Hot Chocolates, movies and blankets unless your us then its a day still for hot chocolates but a warm coat and big warm dinner after work. Lots of furry friends to walk today! 🐾🐾

Scent work is such an important part of your pups life.
Did you know:
Dogs smell receptors are 10,000 times more accurate then humans.
20 minutes of sniffing is equivalent to a 1hr walk in terms of enrichment.
Dogs can sniff at the same time as breathing.
Some Dogs can even smell medical conditions, such as Diabetes, Anxiety and Epilepsy.
