As most of you now know, I have made the very difficult decision to close my dog walking business at the end of July.

It has been one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make, but life doesn’t always work out the way we expect, and sometimes it’s time to draw a line, embrace change, and move forward.

I will never be able to fully express how much these last few years have meant to me. The trust, support, friendships, and of course the wonderful dogs have brought so much joy to my life. I will miss every one of you more than words can say.

Chien (right) 3yrs and Beans (left) 2yrs are a bonded pair of Border Terrier males who are seeking a home together. They have both been neutered, are vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated. Beans has recently been treated for an ear infection but both boys now have a clean bill of health and will be rehomed with 5 weeks free pet insurance.

The boys lost their home after a relationship breakdown, they were much loved family pets owned from pups and have grown up together.

They are seeking a terrier experienced home who are used to playful, lively dogs with drive, they are gorgeous boys who love people and are happy to say hello to everyone they meet. They are incredibly bonded and love to play, wrestle together and then settle down for a snooze cuddled up. They are friendly and affectionate boys and the foster home has found them a pleasure to care for.

Beans can be quite reactive to other dogs when he is on the lead and will bark and lunge towards other dogs, they share a foster home quite happily with a female dog and have been fine with her and fine off lead with other dogs so its definitely a lead reactivity issue with him which will need some individual work in their new home. They didn't get to go off lead in their former home but love to run around on a long line giving them some freedom or of course a secure dog field is perfect t practice recall in.

Chien and Beans have grown up in a home with cats and were fine however were returned to us almost immediately recently when put into a home with resident cats because they chased them and the cats were scared so not to set them up to fail again we are seeking a home for them where there are no resident felines and they will be best where they are the only dogs in the home. They have lived with teenagers but not very young children so we are seeking a home where resident kids are 12yrs plus (younger visiting children would be fine)

The boys are used to having someone around a lot of the time and can get into mischief if left alone for too long but generally they are well behaved in the home. They travel ok in the car and are good with the vet and groomer.

They are only young dogs and therefore will require a home with owners who are fit and active and can provide them with plenty of long walks and adventures, they can be a little strong on the lead especially when they first go out. They will need a nice sized secure garden to run and play in too.

Being fostered in Burton Upon Trent but can be rehomed further afield to the right home subject to home check and adoption donation of £450 for the pair.
