☀️Keeping Your Pets Safe in the Heat!☀️

As the sun starts shining a little brighter and temperatures rise, we want to remind all our lovely clients that your dogs' safety is always our top priority.

As responsible dog walkers, we’ll be keeping a close eye on the forecast and making careful decisions about walks.

This might mean shorter strolls, earlier or later walk times — or skipping the walk altogether and spending time indoors.

Thank you for trusting us to care for your pups like our own. We appreciate your support in helping us keep them happy, healthy, and cool this summer! ⛱️🐾

With the temperatures set to increase in some parts of the UK, it's vital to know that dogs can quickly overheat. Our handy dog walking guide shows which temperatures are safe for your dog to exercise in and which should be avoided. 🌡️

Here are three tips you should follow during the summer months.

☀️ Place the back of your hand on the pavement for seven seconds. It's too hot to walk your dog if you struggle to hold it down.
☀️ Keep to natural grass for walking.
☀️ Walk early in the morning or late in the evening when surfaces are cooler.
