Hiya,

Just a polite notice unfortunately we've had quite a few no shows over the last couple of months. We understand that things come up and some times appointments can't be made but we'd really appreciate it if you could contact us and let us know as we do have a cancellation list and could pass this appointment on to somebody that's waiting. We will unfortunately have to start charging a fee for no shows as this does affect the running of our business.

We have kept our prices quite low for as long as possible but unfortunately due to the rising costs we have no choice but to increase our prices slightly. As of May 1st the prices will increase to an extra £5 per dog. We're very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we'd like to thank you for your continuous support.
