Unfortunately our card machine has gone down so we're unable to take card payments at the moment. It's being fixed tomorrow so should be back up and running for Saturday. This does unfortunately mean we can only take cash payments in the shop, otherwise we do accept bank transfer if its easier for you.

Hi guys,

Unfortunately we've had quite a few severely matted dogs recently. When the coat is like this it damages our blades and as they get hot we have to change the blades regularly to avoid it burning the dogs, this means we are having to replace blades quite regularly and these blade are very expensive. We cannot brush these mats out as it is very painful for the pups and as always our priority is the pups welfare. We've kept our prices as low as possible to make it easier for our clients to have your pups groomed regularly to avoid matting. We do recommend having your pups groomed every 6 to 8 weeks with regular brushing from owners between appointments. When we're grooming matted dogs this puts us behind on our next appointments aswell. Due to the cost of the blades we have no choice but to now start adding a matting fee of £10 per dog to help cover the costs of new blades.

Hi guys,

Unfortunately today we've already had 3 no shows, if you are unable to make your appointments then please let us know.. with the weather picking up (slowly I know) we are getting very busy and are having to turn pups away where we could have got them in. We're bringing staff in to cover how many pups we have in which means we have to pay wages aswell. It takes 2 minutes to pick up the phone and cancel your appointment and this way you will also avoid the £10 charge for not turning up.
