As we head into a very busy August and September, we’re introducing a small change to keep things running smoothly and ensure every guest receives the very best care.

🐾 Just like in a hotel, on busy changeover days, we may occasionally use our warm, cosy, and secure holding pens.

This allows us to:

✨ Comfortably settle cats who are either waiting to go home or waiting to move into their freshly prepared pod.

✨ Give each pod a deep clean and sparkle, ready for the next guest.

Your cat’s comfort and wellbeing are always our top priority – and this system helps us keep our high standards during the busiest times of year.
