๐พ A little note for new and existing customers ๐พ
The start of the year has been a little tough. Running my business solely by myself can be demanding, and my days are spent grooming, speaking with owners, and travelling between appointments. Because of this, Iโm not always able to answer calls or messages immediately.
Please know that every call and message is important to me. I will always reply as soon as Iโm able to, but I kindly ask that you allow 24โ48 hours for a response.
If I ever forget to send a new appointment message, please donโt hesitate to send me a polite reminder โ Iโm only human, and during busy periods the occasional thing can be missed.
A note, particularly for new customers: my usual working hours are 8amโ5pm (5-6pm admin time). I often receive multiple calls and messages late at night and in the early hours of the morning. These will not be answered at that time and will be responded to during working hours. Itโs difficult wanting to provide a high standard service but also needing time for a break.
Sorry for the rant and thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support.
