The final part of January’s mission captured on film 💕

We never bring the big camera with us, as we have limited luggage, but I must admit, it’s super special having those photos. It makes me so emotional seeing all of our Moroccan best friends (AKA all of the kitties) and knowing, that they’re there waiting for us to return.

Morocco has a special place in our heart and despite all the terrible things that have happened there, we have also witnessed kindness, have received enough blessings to last us a lifetime and shared some very special moments.

Part one of some film candids from our January mission 💕

It wasn’t an easy trip. It was way colder than we anticipated, our accommodation was horrendous (missing window, holes in walls, bathroom out-of-order) and worst of all, all the cats were sick 😔 Seeing them all soaking wet, sitting on damp cardboard or even worse, in puddles, was absolutely heartbreaking…

This was also the mission where we rescued a box of kittens (remember them?), entrusted them to someone and then they all disappeared.

Overall, one of the worst missions to date, but next January, we will be more prepared 💪🇲🇦

Today was MinMin’s check up day 🩺

We have all three cats (yes, Missy included!) on a monthly vet plan and all three are fully insured. Mouse and Minnie visit the vet for a check up every 6 months and they have never missed an appointment.

Some might think it’s excessive, to us, it’s responsible “ownership” (not a fan of that word!), as we like to provide our WHOLE family with top care, fluffies included. 💕

See how good Minnie is? That’s because she knows there’s nothing to be scared of! 🥰 Start the process early, get them used to the carrier and car journeys and you’ll never have to chase them around the house for a simple vet visit.
As an extra bonus, start desensitising them to touch - gently touch their belly, gums, ears, paws and soon you’ll notice the difference.

Visit the vet when things are good, not just when they start turning bad…

We had a great time yesterday at event. 🐈‍⬛🐈🩷

From countless of kitty cuddles to meaningful conversations with the team, it was truly great to see how well cared-for these beautiful cats are.

Recently, the wonderful team at Sacred Tones • Fulham Studio have organised a beautiful fundraising event for our mission. It was an evening full of stillness, peace and generosity.

We wanted to take a moment to thank Carla von Anhalt, Pauline O’Grady, Assunta French- Jewellery Designer I Holistic Practitioner and of course Sacred Tones • Fulham Studio for putting this together. We are so incredibly grateful. 🤍

Lastly, thank you to all of the attendees that booked a spot, be it in-studio or remotely. You made the rescue of Cheddar and Mokka possible! 🙏✨

The final update on Missy’s health ❤️‍🩹

She is healthy! After all that stress, all she needed was a proper diet and some dental work, which has enabled her to live her best, fluffy life.

Thank you to everyone that supported Missy, whether financially or just by asking about her, but the biggest thanks to my parents who dedicated a lot of time and money, so that she can now have her wonderful happy ending.

From finding her in May 2025 to now loving her forever ❤️
