🎄 Christmas Day 🎄

Hi guys!

As much as I know our kitties still need looking after on Christmas Day, I do try to keep my bookings to a minimum so I can spend some time with my family too. I already have a few bookings in place and several enquiries.

I just want to be completely clear that Christmas Day visits will be charged at a higher rate than my usual visits, and visit times may vary.

🐾 Morning visits will take place after my little boy has opened his presents. These will be shorter “in and out” visits, but your cats will still receive the same high standard of care and attention that I always provide.

🐾 Evening visits will take place once my little one is in bed, and these can be the full 30-minute visit.

I really hope you all understand and appreciate the need to balance family time with caring for your lovely kitties.

Also… I can’t believe we’re talking about Christmas already! 😂🎄

Pab & Dib Dab 🐾

Don't be fooled — these two are definitely not part of the Mexican cartel... although Pablo seems convinced he is whenever he's attacking his poor brother! 😂

We had so much fun while the family was away on holiday. There were plenty of snacks, lots of cuddles, and we even managed to sneak out into the garden, even though we're not supposed to be there! 🙈 Auntie Gem wasn't too impressed when she had to bring us back inside... and may have received a cheeky scratch for her troubles! 😹

And then... are you ready for it?

✨ A SLEEPOVER! ✨

Not that there was much actual sleeping. Dibby apparently thinks he's Kung Fu Panda 🐼 and spent most of the night practising his moves instead of getting some rest!

Back so soon, Erik and Ragnar… but I wouldn’t have it any other way 😻 You two are the best!

Ragnar was still a bit sceptical like, “Mam… why have you brought this woman back again?” 🙄 I’m sure he loves me really 😂

Erik, however, was absolutely buzzing to see me — waiting at the door for me every single day 🥹

These two are absolute criminals though… breaking into the snack cupboard the second I leave and dragging treats all over mam’s lovely cream carpet 🫣 Good job I’m a dab hand with Dr Beckmann 😂

Everyone remembers little Leo! Well, here he is again… just a bit bigger now 🥹

Still as cute as ever though! 💛

Leo is such a little snuggle monster — he literally lets you do anything, he’s just so chill!

He loves milk, relaxing outside in the sunshine, and of course posing for the camera 📸☀️

An emotional post this morning… one I’ve been trying to put into words for a while now 🥹🤍

Mads… (Maddyn, but always known as Mads to me) where do I even start?

Mads has been with me since the very beginning of my journey back in 2022. We’ve been through so much together, and honestly, he was possibly one of the best cats I’ve ever met.

Mads had medication twice a day, every single day, and over the years it gradually increased. But never once did he really put up a fight… although he did make me commando crawl under the bed more than a few times 🤣 One time I was actually 8 months pregnant, but honestly Mads, nothing a commando crawl and a churu couldn’t fix.

He was a complete sucker for Dreamies and my big winter coat, which he became so attached to that one day I actually left it behind and braved the cold because how could I move him when he was all snuggled up? 🥹

Mads was on special food to help with his medical issues, but sometimes he decided he absolutely deserved his brother and sister’s food instead. And with that face… well… you can’t really say no, can you? So there he was, sneaking a few bits of kitten food and risking getting Auntie Gem into trouble 🤍

And then there was his little routine… you couldn’t possibly go in and interrupt him. First, Mads would visit the water fountain — not to drink from it, of course — but to dip his paw in it for a while. Then off he’d go into the litter tray 🙃 After that it was either back to wash his paws 🐾 or straight onto his mam and dad’s bed.

Mads, I could go on forever about you, my boy. I’ve cried writing this because you truly were so special.

You were, and always will be, one of a kind. I’ll love you forever and ever 🤍🐱🤍

A huge hug to Mads’ mam and dad for trusting me so deeply with his care and for allowing me to be such a big part of his life. And thank you for kindly letting me come and see him to say my goodbyes before he gained his kitty wings.

🐾 Wotsit & Rex are back! 🐾

And safe to say Wotsit has really acted the goat while his mam’s been away 🤦‍♀️😂

He’s decided that:
🐱 Cat food? Absolutely not.
🐶 Dog chews? Gourmet dining.
💨 Night-time zoomies? Essential.
🌵 Knocking his scratch post over every single night? Apparently also essential.

Honestly, he’s kept me on my toes from day one 😅

The sweetest part though? He found himself a little bestie in my boy ☺️❤️ The two of them absolutely adore each other, and it’s been lovely to see.

Meanwhile, Rex has been his usual perfect self. He ate, ate, and ate some more 🐹🍽️. I’m fairly certain he spent his evenings saying a little prayer that Wotsit would finally behave himself 🙃🙏

Thanks for your support, Rex 😂

Safe to say Wotsit created the chaos while Rex enjoyed watching it all unfold from the food bowl! 🐾😆

🥰 Disclaimer: My little boy doesn’t usually come along to cat sits, but Wotsit is part of the family and they absolutely love each other.

Bank Holiday weekend has me mega busy as always! 🐾🤍

I did say I wouldn’t be taking any cat sits this weekend because tomorrow is my baby’s first birthday 🥹🎂

However… here I am, because I just can’t let the kitties down! 🫣🐱

All cat sits will go ahead as normal, although tomorrow’s visit times may be slightly different depending on what time present opening and birthday celebrations get underway 🥳🎁

Please don’t worry – your kitties will still be in the best hands and receive all the love, care and attention they deserve 🤍

Thank you all so much for continuing to support and help grow my little business. I truly appreciate your understanding this weekend and every booking, recommendation and kind word means the world to me 🫶🐾

🤍 Everyone knows Queen Rosy by now! 🤍

Rosy’s favourite place is outside — she loves it that much we even sat out in the rain together ☔️😂

We spent our time watching the birds, chasing flies, and even sunbathing on top of the bin… because honestly, where else would a diva choose to sunbathe? 👑☀️

Short but sweet this time, Rosy girl, but until next time you little diva 🤍🐾

✨ A big warm welcome to double trouble Erik and Ragnar! ✨

What an absolute dream team these two are 🐾💙

Erik settled in straight away like he’d known me forever — cuddles, attention, playtime… honestly, he acted like I was his mam 😂

Ragnar took a little longer to warm up to me. We started day one with a hiss and a growl 😅 but by day 4 we were officially best mates and he was coming over for fusses like a proper softie.

Safe to say these boys kept me on my toes… especially after someone (Erik insists it was Ragnar 👀) ransacked the house TWICE, leaving treats and food scattered all over the gaff 🤦‍♀️😂

Never a dull moment with these two and I already can’t wait to see them again ❤️🐱
