Liam has completed his Canine first Aid course 🏥

Passed my first aid course. I am now qualified in canine first aid!

On today’s mooch…..
Max, Amber and Luna were first out to the field. They loved doing tricks for treats, Max was good at catch! They had a good play and chase, Amber especially loved sneaking in the long grass. They had a lot of energy to burn now it is nice and cool.
Next Nina, Henry, Klein and both Lunas went to the field. It was so lovely to see the gang reunited after their holidays, I think they were very excited! Klein was over the moon to have his crazy play friends back. Luna did not disappoint but running 100mph through the long grass, nearly losing Klein as he ran to catch up. Nina and Henry were a bit more relaxed- they did have a very busy holiday so probably need to recover 😜 They still joined in when the running didn’t involve lapping the whole field!

On today’s mooch…..
Another hot 🥵 one 😭
George was out first. We walked along the track behind Tunstall Hill. We went into the woods to keep shaded and cool. Lots of water breaks too, George was drinking it was I poured it 😜
Next Betty, Fudge and Klein went to the dene. Even there it was very warm, no breeze in the air. We spent a lot of time just paddling in the stream. I threw treats in the water so they had to hunt for them.

Today feels hotter than I expected. Walks will be shortened and adapted to make sure the pooches are safe

On today’s mooch…..
Earlier walks all round to avoid this heat.
Amber, Max and Luna were first out, they went to the dene. As it was so cool these two got the zoomies! They were doing laps of the woods and into the stream, I was in the middle trying my best not to be took out by them 😂
Next Klein, Rex and Luna went to the dene. Klein got off lead and was running up and down following Luna and trying to tempt Rex to play. Rex was too warm to be bothered. He was also on lead as we could hear some dogs in the distance and he was a bit scared. They had a nice little tiptoe in the stream to keep cool.
Thank you to everyone who let me come earlier or cancelled their walk to keep our gang safe 🥰

On today’s mooch….
Max, Amber and Luna were first out. Amber and Max loved play fighting! Especially in the long grass where they could do a sneak attack 😜 Amber was rolling around making noises to attract Max to come and bounce at her!
Next it was sausage time!! Poppy, Ralph, Rex, Fudge, Chip, Klein and Luna met at the field. Sausages love their own kind so they were all in their element. Klein was playing non stop with Ralph, they loved playing pin each other! Chip as soon as he got off lead ran off to try and eat a dead bird he was eying up earlier. Rex hung around with Emily wanting attention, Fudge kept sniffing him so he was acting like a victim for sympathy cuddles! Poor Fudge only wanted a friend! Poppy isn’t bothered if she was with anyone or no one she likes to do her own thing but would shove everyone to get to the treats 😜

Weather still looks v hot Wednesday and Thursday. If you would rather keep your little one at home or change to a home visit let me know.
I will be starting walks early on Thursday as it gets to 26 by 10.30 🥵

On today’s mooch……
Amber, Max, George and Luna went to the field. It was a little bit warm so they weren’t crazy today. Nice calm strolls along the paths and taking their time to sniff. Treats of course were the main thing they all were obsessing over!
Next Winnie, Klein and Luna tried a different walk along the Stephenson Trail. It was nice and shaded and there was some woodland where they could be let off to play. Winnie liked running after sticks, she didn’t fetch them just followed them and then came back 😜 Klein loved how exciting this seemed and ran along with her, he wasn’t bothered about fetch just the excitement!
Lastly Maddie, Macey and Kala had a hunt for shaded areas around the estate. We tried a different route just so there was more smells to explore. We had plenty of treat stops as it was starting to get warm but no one would have my water! Snobs 😜
