SWIMMER OF THE WEEK 💙🐾

This week’s swimmer of the week is the wonderful Reg! ✨

Reg has been coming to us for support following his diagnosis of Degenerative Myelopathy. Despite this, he never lets it stop him and he always gives his absolute best (which is incredible)! 🐾

Reg loves getting some exercise on our treadmill, followed by plenty of well deserved treats and his favourite part… a lovely roll around in the towels after his session!

We are so incredibly proud of Reg and the effort he puts into every session. It’s also wonderful to see the amazing support and love he receives from his family throughout this difficult time 🧡

Well done, Reg! You’re amazing and we love having you with us! 🌟

SWIMMER OF THE WEEK 💙🐾

This week’s swimmer of the week is the lovely Honey! 🍯

Honey came to us following surgery on her left knee and has been doing so incredibly well. She gives every session her absolute all and always arrives ready for the perfect combination of cuddles and cheese!

Honey is such a beautiful soul and honestly, we get just as much therapy from her as she gets from us! She is looking absolutely fantastic for her age and we couldn’t be prouder of how far she has come ✨

We recently welcomed gorgeous puppy Shadow for his first visit and he was an absolute delight from start to finish 💙

We can't wait to continue supporting him and we're looking forward to watching his progress every step of the way! 🐾

SWIMMER OF THE WEEK 🐾💙

This week's swimmer of the week is the Bernard! 🧡

Bernard comes to see us every week for support following an accident that affected his back and he has been absolutely amazing in the treadmill. In fact, we're pretty sure he would happily keep going all day if we let him! 🐾

As you can probably tell from the evidence left on his chin, Bernard is also a huge fan of his squeezy cheese rewards! 🧀

With the support of Isobel at Blue Skies Physiotherapy and the dedication from his wonderful mum, Bernard has made amazing progress. It has been so lovely to see him return to his favourite hobbies and get back to living life to the fullest.

SWIMMER OF THE WEEK 🐾💙

This week's swimmer of the week is the gorgeous Margot!

Margot started with us earlier this year for support with her osteoarthritis, which was causing weakness in her hind limbs. She originally began her rehab journey in the underwater treadmill, but it wasn't the right fit for her. So, we gave the pool a try and she's come on in leaps and bounds ever since!

Margot loves nothing more than some cheese during her rests, followed by a celebratory dance after her session ✨

We're so proud of everything you've achieved, Margot. Well done 🧡

Meet Beatrice, who has recently joined the Aqua Paws family 💙

We are helping her build strength in her left front leg and she's already making us so proud. After just her very first session, her mum and dad told us that she went home and played with her doggy friends - something she hadn't done for some time. Hearing that absolutely made our day and is exactly why we love what we do! ✨

We also couldn't believe that Beatrice is 10 years old! We actually had to double check her age when we first met her because she certainly doesn't look or act it!

She's settled in so well already and as you can tell from her cheesy chin, she loves cheese! We can't wait to see how she continues to progress over the coming weeks 🧡

SWIMMER OF THE WEEK🐾💙

This week the swimmer of the week is… Yogi!🤩 Yogi first came to us for support with osteoarthritis and IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease). Our goal was to help improve his coordination, build muscle mass, and strengthen his hindlimbs. 💪

From his very first session, Yogi took to the underwater treadmill like an absolute natural! He loves every minute of his hydrotherapy sessions... especially when there’s cheese involved! 🧀

Since starting his rehabilitation, Yogi’s hindlimb strength has improved, along with his coordination and confidence. Watching him grow stronger with each session has been incredibly rewarding, and we’re so proud of everything he’s achieved.🌟
Keep up the fantastic work, Yogi you’re a little legend! 💙✨
