Just a quick reminder regarding “ Retainer fees “

Recurring Service & Holding Fees

To ensure the long-term availability of your preferred time slot, the following policy applies to ongoing "Pop-in" or walking services:

• Service Pauses: If you require a temporary pause in service (e.g., due to holidays or having an alternative sitter), a Holding Fee of 50% of the standard service rate will be charged to secure your specific date and time slot.

• Purpose: This fee guarantees that your slot is not offered to clients on my waiting list and ensures I am available to resume services immediately upon your return.

• Alternative: If you prefer not to pay the Holding Fee, your time slot will be released and made available to other clients. Re-booking upon your return will be subject to my current availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• Notice Period: Please provide at least “ 15 days’ notice ( if possible )for any planned pauses to apply the Holding Fee rate.
