Happy Valentine's to everyone ❤️ Alfie has been feeling the love in the salon today 😍 Sorry I've not posted in a while and to the calls I have missed, unfortunately I've been poorly with pleurisy and tried to come back to work too soon but I am back now and will be getting you all booked in, looking forward to getting back to normal 🐾

And that's it for 2024! Wow! What to say! It has been a year of change but have definitely ended it on a complete high with probably one of the very best at the Dog and Comb so thankyou so much to each and every one of you and all those wonderful pooches I get to see everyday. The love and support has been truly amazing throughout the year and I really do appreciate it all so very much, the bond with each dog and the relationship I have with my clients makes it what it is so thankyou ❤️ With such long hours the past few days and with 24 dogs passing through in just 3 days I'm now putting my feet up with a glass of wine and a well earned rest and I promise I will get those lovely cute Christmas pictures sent over to the customers I promised and some more put up on this page for you all to see as they really are adorable 😍🐾 For now, from myself and Alfie we wish you all have a wonderful Christmas and a fantastic New Year, enjoy 🎉To anyone I didn't get round to seeing before Christmas i apologise and I look forward to seeing you all again, all fresh and ready to go in 2025🎉 Cheers 🥂

I was lucky enough to meet this most adorable little boy, Theo. Alfie also fell in love too 🥰 They had a fantastic time playing and became best of friends, was so lovely to watch 😀 Theo was such a good little boy and enjoyed his first visit to the salon, can't wait to see him back again 😍

Polite notice to all customers 🐾 I am working hard to ensure all your furry friends are looking smart and smelling great over Christmas 🎄and therefore I am working 10-12 hour days throughout this week and up to Xmas Eve including working this Saturday and Sunday so as you can imagine I am at full capacity. Could I please ask that you arrive on your appointment time as I am working to a tight schedule and appointments that are arrived for too late may be a result of not being able to keep booking and any missed appointments will not be able to be rebooked till the new year. Also missed appointments will be charged for due to the high demand. How to make 3 dogs out of 2 😁 All the fur that came out of this adorable pair, brother and sister that came in for their 1st visit ❤️ Both handstripped. Handstripping doesn't hurt the dog if done correctly as it's just the dead coat that is stripped out. It should only really be carried out a couple of times a year when the coat naturally wants to come out. On the wire haired dogs handstripping keeps the dogs coat how it should be where as clipping a wire haired coat will make it go fluffy and once clipped will no longer be able to be stripped. This gorgeous little boy had his first pamper session today and what a sweet good boy he was ❤️ His big brother and sister came in first and showed him that there was nothing to worry about.
