🎊 OPENING MID MAY 🎊

We had to take a pause due to Avian Flu but as we are finishing up our set up, we will be ready to take bookings from the middle of May! We have space for 8 Medium hens - to 10 Small Hens in our Eglu Coop 🐔

Experienced poultry owner who knows how hard it can be to find poultry boarding 🏖

Prices 🪙
£25 Charge + £2.50 per hen per night.
(Example, 4 Hens staying for 7 nights would cost £95)
£25 charge includes food (Mash or Pellets) and cleaning/bedding.
Deposit is required to secure booking.
Discounts available on larger bookings 🐔

More Information 💜

We currently have one boarding run available. We have a large run which has been made predator proof, and a large Omlet Coop that sleeps 6-8 Hens (Eglu MK1). There are a selection or enrichment activies within the run. Treats provided to the birds daily and daily photos are included ❤️

Photos are comming soon, we are still preparing the area and making some finishing touches 😊

All bookings are subject to Avian Influenza, this will be discussed depending on the situation 😷

Hey 🐔

Welcome to the page of the Sleepy Hen Hotel 🌛 I run a Chicken/Poultry Boarding facility from my back garden 😊 I offer a personalised boarding experience for Chickens and poultry* (unfortunately no cockerals). I am located in a small village called Cavendish in Suffolk which is very close to the Essex border. I have been keeping Chickens, Ducks and Turkeys for the past 5 years and have great experience and knowledge of poultry. We have often struggled to find Poultry Boarding for holidays and weekend trips, so I wanted to start a boarding business of my own to help others in the same situation 😊 Fully Insured (Insurance will start when ready to open)
