Paws Rescue UK

Our paths and Jesse’s crossed when we were trying to help get dogs and cats out of Afghanistan to safety in Doha before flying on to Canada back in 2021.

Despite our best efforts the Doha route didn’t work out but we witnessed another level of absolute dedication, passion and strength from rescuers involved in those airlifts and admired them so much from afar feeling helpless.

Jesse was one of them and since then I have followed him with absolute admiration for his work and his bravery. The world has lost another hero without a cape - dying on the front line in Ukraine doing what he loved the most - his calling In life - saving animals. We will always remember you here at Paws RainCoast Dog Rescue Jesse Adams

🚨❤️ URGENT FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED FOR CEARUS ❤️🚨

We’re sharing this appeal on behalf of a rescue group in Qatar. Here at Paws Rescue UK, we’ve offered to help find Cearus a safe, loving home in the UK, and we urgently need your help!

Meet Cearus, a handsome gentle giant who has travelled from Qatar to begin a new life. Sadly, things haven’t worked out as hoped, and he urgently needs a new home. 🏡

Despite his size, Cearus is a calm, affectionate big softie who loves cuddles and walks beautifully on the lead. He’s good with children and lives happily alongside cats, lizards and rabbits.

Sadly, he doesn’t get along with the small dog in his current home. His family are finding it difficult to balance keeping their little dog safe while meeting Cearus’s needs. We want to help everyone find a safe and happy solution as soon as possible.

🐾 A LITTLE ABOUT CEARUS:
❤️ Male, born 1 August 2023
❤️ 28–30 kg
❤️ Gentle, calm and incredibly affectionate
❤️ Good with cats and children
❤️ Fully vaccinated and neutered
❤️ Needs a home without small dogs

🙏 CAN YOU HELP?

A foster home would give Cearus precious time while we search for his forever family. If you can offer him a safe, loving home, please contact:

📩 [email protected]

Please share this appeal. You never know who might be able to help, and one share could change Cearus’s life. ❤️

We’ll put interested families directly in touch with the rescue group in Qatar to discuss the arrangements.

Let’s find this beautiful boy the happy ending he deserves. 🐾❤️

Piper’s happy ending, from rescue to living the dream! 🩷 Rescued alongside 20 other dogs from a breeder and hoarder, Piper now has her very own mum, Tara, and is discovering all the wonderful things life has to offer. She’s loving her walks, looking adorable in her cosy autumn outfits, and enjoying life as every dog deserves to, surrounded by lots of love, comfort and care.
But don’t just take our word for it! ❤️ Read Tara’s lovely experience of adopting through Paws Rescue UK.

Tara & family's adoption story:
“Paws UK are an excellent choice for anyone looking to give a rescue dog their forever home! I was initially a little worried about adopting from abroad, as I thought it would be logistically problematic. In truth, it was none of the above!
The Paws UK team are in constant contact with you. A detailed walk around video of your home and garden is to ensure that your home is suitable. Obviously, they will discuss your family set up, working hours, other pets and children. They take the time to make sure that your chosen rescue will be as best matched to be successful.

When you decide to go ahead, the team will send you constant updates and videos of your new fur baby. They tell you everything, warts and all, so there are no surprises.
The adoption fee is so reasonable and so much cheaper than buying a dog in the UK! Piper has completed our family and is the best thing we ever did!

If you want to give a pet a forever home, please, please consider Paws UK! Compassionate, selfless team of angels that make a difference every day! ❤️”

Thank you 🙏🏼, Tara and family, for opening your hearts and home to Piper. Stories like yours remind us why we do what we do. Every rescue deserves the chance to leave their difficult past behind and discover what it means to be truly loved.

From a heartbreaking hoarding situation to fresh air, gentle walks and a brand new life in Germany; meet Coleman. 💙🇩🇪

Once known as Coco, Coleman has left his difficult past behind and is discovering the simple joys every dog deserves: cool weather walks, new smells, loving care and the comfort of finally feeling safe. We can't wait to see Coleman enjoy the well-known German Christmas markets with his mom later this year; smelling and tasting the delicious German treats wearing his cute winter jackets.

Last Friday, he reached another special milestone: Coleman received his EU pet passport without any trouble! It may seem like a small moment, but for a rescue dog who has already overcome so much, it represents a whole new chapter. 💙

Coleman was rescued from a heartbreaking hoarding situation. Today, he is breathing in fresh air, exploring the world at his own pace and learning what it means to be loved. Seeing him settle into his new life is exactly why Paws Rescue keeps going.

There are still so many dogs waiting for their own happy ending. Could you be the person who changes a rescue dog’s life? Email [email protected] or visit www.pawsrescueuk.org to find out more about adopting through our rescue.

Please consider supporting Paws Rescue UK and sharing our activities; together, we can help more dogs like Coleman find safety, love and the forever homes they deserve. ❤️

Meet lovely Etana, your new best friend in the making!

Etana was born in March 2026 and came into our care with her siblings after they were found in a shopping trolley, with a note asking the authorities to take them away. 💔 Thankfully, these little ones are now safe and ready to find the loving homes they deserve.

Etana is an absolute sweetheart, very cuddly, affectionate and happiest when she can be close to her humans. She loves a cuddle, a cosy lap and simply being part of everyday life.

She gets along beautifully with other dogs and would love to have a four legged friend for company, although she could also do well as the only dog. She isn’t used to being separated from her companions yet, but she settles and relaxes very quickly.
Etana hasn’t really been exposed to cats, so she is not cat tested. However, given her young age and gentle nature, she could potentially learn to live happily with a cat.

Her RATT test is ready, and she will be able to travel to the UK in November, ready to begin a wonderful new chapter with a family of her own. ❤️
Could you be the one to give this lovely girl the love, security and happy future she deserves? Adoption fee: £150

For more information, please contact us via our website at www.pawsrescueuk.org, [email protected]

Please share Etana’s post and help us find her forever home. She has so much love to give, and now it’s her turn to be someone’s very special girl. 🏡
