Introducing Suzie's first foal, a lovely strong c**t by FS Champion de Luxe.

Suzie, aka Henza Suzanna, is a daughter of Sophie (by Dressman) and Henza Stud's Dark Knight.

So this little fella is Dark Knight's first grandchild!

I'm looking forward to watching him grow stronger, and into being his own little character. The best part of running a stud ❤️🥰

Summer jobs available near Stroud, Gloucestershire:

1. Part-time order packer (light weight goods). Basic computer literacy needed and ability to work quickly and accurately.

2. Afternoon groom Monday to Friday in the sports pony stud.

3. Groom for weekend mornings and or afternoons in the sports pony stud.

Jobs 1 & 2 could be combined into one full time position for the right person. Or the jobs could be split between more, part time people. I'm open.

The important part is that I'm looking for help to work with me in my online retail business to pack neddycare.com products and to do general horse yard work in my pony stud

To be part of the team the new member/s must be reliable, have a "can do" positive attitude, pay attention to detail and get on happily with others.

I run a sports pony stud with very well behaved foals, broodmares, youngstock, ridden ponies and a very well behaved stallion. Riding may be available depending on the person's ability and size (suitable for young 14hh ponies).

The roles are from 1st May (or earliest) to end of July. The yard work may go on for long term for the right person.

5mth old Henza Double Trouble by Dark Knight stands up beautifully for Robyn and the assessors at the British Breeding Futurity.

Robyn stepped in as a brilliant foal handler while my broken wrist recovers.

How exciting to see that two grandsons of Sophie, my German Riding Pony brood mare, gained the incredible accolade of Federal German Champion Stallions last weekend!

Neverland WE is out of Sophie's daughter by Champus K and Osterglanz K is by Sophie's son Omega AT.

Congratulations to their breeders, riders and owners.

As usual, I have to pinch myself that Henza Stud has such a wonderful broodmare as Sophie. What a legacy she already has in Germany

Zum sechsten Mal war die Grüne Woche in Berlin auch Schauplatz der FN-Bundeshengstschau Sportponys. Hier triumphierte 2015 FS Numero Uno. Dieses Jahr schickte er seine Söhne aus, um die Lorbeeren einzuheimsen.

What a lovely write-up by British Breeding Futurity about Henza Stud ponies.

Another lovely moment from our BB Baileys Horse Feeds Futurity at Catherston Stud is Diane Kilshaw receiving an Elite for the very aptly named Henza Simply Irresistible. Diane has made a real name for herself in producing Futurity Elite quality sports ponies! This one is by the British based dressage stallion Royal Rubin who is standing with Penny Podmore at Brownscombe Stud. The mother is a lovely pony mare by Dressman I.

Congratulations to SPSS member Diane Kilshaw on breeding the first Futurity Elite Sports Pony foal of 2022, Henza Simply Irresistible. This is the 3rd consecutive foal out of Sophie to receive a Futurity Elite 👏👏👏

Sophie has come up trumps again. This time with her 2022 filly foal, Henza Simply Irresistible by Royal Rubin. Sophie's third filly I've presented to British Breeding Futurity and the third filly to follow the standard set by her sisters (Henza Selene x Dallmayr K & Henza She's on Fire x FS Numero Uno) and to gain "Elite" in her Futurity assessment and Gold Premium with Sports Pony Studbook Society.

What an incredible dam Sophie is to produce such consistent high quality offspring from three different stallions, two being dressage ponies and Royal Rubin a Grand Prix dressage German warmblood horse.

People talk about the influence of the dam line. Is this proof?
