Welcome to ‘Dave’s Dog Days’ , a business based in Strathaven and set up with a view to providing a local, professional, reliable and caring dog walking and pet sitting service. The business has allowed me to pursue my passion for being outdoors, whatever the weather, with that of working and socialising with dogs.
I am a dog owner and have owned dogs most of my adult life. I therefore understand the importance they play in owners and family lives and the expectations by owners regarding their care.
‘Dave’s Dog Days’ was formed following my retiral in July 2017 after completing 30 years as an emergency services worker and I believe that this venture will be equally as rewarding and worthwhile.
Our aim is to provide a safe environment for your dog to travel, exercise and socialise within. In order to achieve this, ongoing risk assessments will be carried out to ensure the most suitable, safe, varied and beneficial areas are chosen to exercise your dog.
