As we all know we are expecting some extremely high temperatures from Sunday. We have in place as much as is possible to try and protect the cats and dogs. Their welfare is of the Ut most importance to us.
It would be extremely appreciated if you could bring/collect your pet as early as possible from 8.30am over these days to help the animals.

Animals can find travelling really stressful so if they also arrive in the heat, it can be really challenging for us to get them to settle and acclimatise into the kennels/cattery. Any older or brachycephalic dog breeds are at huge risk of heat stroke. We really kindly ask that you consider the welfare of your pets when bringing them in. Even the ground is going to be hot for them to walk on.

If you decide, given the risks that you wish to cancel your booking, postpone until after Tuesday or collect early there will be NO cancellation fees applied as we feel if its in the welfare of the animal then we are happy.

Please, please, consider your travelling arrangements and DO NOT bring your dog or cat in the midday heat (after 11.30am). If we find any animal is struggling after a late arrival, we will have to send them home for their safety.

I hope this is all agreeable and understandable. The safety of the animals is so important to us.

☀️ IMPORTANT HEAT NOTICE ☀️
We are working extremely hard to keep all of our animals as cool as possible during this heat wave. A way you can really help us is to arrive as early as possible with your pet. Dogs and cats can find travelling stressful, adding heat to the mix can make for a difficult transition into their accommodation. PLEASE DO NOT bring your dogs and or cats at the peak heat of the day!!! Thank you.

Time we can spend with the animals undisturbed is really important to us 🥰

To allow us larger windows of time dedicated to animal care we have re-structured our opening hours.

This will be in effect from the 3rd January 2023 when we re-open after our Christmas break.

We have loved seeing all our furry friends again this year and seeing them all makes us so excited for the year ahead 🐱🐶 Lots more fun and snuggles to be had!
