🌟Tish, Hector and Tilda had fun last night working on “elimination of human odour”, making sure they are following the target odour and not human scent and guess what!! They are 😀🌟🐾!! Trail Hunt International continuation classes

💦Managed to dodge the thunderstorms today ⛈️
Hector found it so tiring he needed a belly rub, he worked well with hidden hides.
Second session worked on completing their foundations workbook with surface transitions.

Busy week Trail Hunt International continuation classes.
Tuesday two teams worked on studying their dogs body language and behaviours when following the trail and when they have “lost” the trail.
Today six teams worked on indication on the pod and hidden pods all in the new environment of newly cut stubble fields.
Great work by everyone 😀💙🐾😀

🌟Another fun Trail Hunt International class today really concentrating on the dogs body language when the are on the trail and the difference in their behaviour when they come off/ loose it.
🌟Working closely with the dogs really understanding their body language and changes In behaviours increasing the relation ship between our teams of dogs and handlers 🦮🐾🦮

🌟Fun contiuation Trail Hunt International session with little Dotty last night really watching her body language to tell when she is in odour or has “lost” the trail🌟

Dottys used to be an amazing agility dog but due to a mystery back problem she has has to dramatically reduce her agility, her amazing mum has found a new activity for her in Trail Hunt International and not only does she love it she is also fantastic at it 😀🦮😀!!

🌟Busy couple of continuation Trail Hunt International. Classes this week.
Starting working on signing off some of the exercises in the registered members books, free trail assessments and working on “ taking a break” mid trail useful if a distraction of another dog/ car etc interrupts the trail, pulling the dog mid trail and then continuing when the distraction has passed…. 🦮🌟🦮

🌞 Early early morning training to beat the heat 🌞 week 2 of Trail Hunt International foundations, strengthening odour recognition then teaching turns in the trail 🦮 Great work everyone 😀😀

🌟Three new Trail Hunt International recruits started today, first session identifying the scent to follow and making it really rewarding🌟 followed by continuation class eliminating human odour, making sure the dogs are following pod odour and not just the way we have walked🌟 super work everyone 😀🦮😀

🌟Another glorious Trail Hunt International continuation class, working on slowing the dogs down the beginning of the trail, finding the direction the trail goes in and then finishing off with some free trailing really watching how the dogs work the odour and body language in and out of the odour trail..,. Very interesting evening and great work!! 😀🦮😀🌟🌟
