Hand-rearing is the most rewarding experience, but it can also be one with risks and worry. Whether you’re a dedicated breeder, a rescue enthusiast, or fellow vet professional looking to sharpen your neonatal skills, I’m here to help you bridge the gap between "doing ok I think?" and thriving.

Most recently, I had the privilege of working with a breeder to help save a struggling litter of kittens. In this home visit we covered what was needed at the time (including tube feeding which is a skill many vets find daunting!) However, there is so much more to cases like these that a home visit just cannot cover. Most breeders are already underprepared overwhelmed, and it's my job to instil confidence, not scare them even more. By using real-life cases like this, I can share the knowledge and care that goes into saving tiny lives, in a fun and interactive day course rather than a time of urgency.

Teasha had her second home visit for a nail clip last week and what a difference! 💅🐈After our initial nurse consulation where we discussed Teasha's care, her owners wasted no time in starting her on Nutraquin + which is a joint supplement containing natural anti-inflammatory benefits💊. Since starting Nutraquin +, Teasha's owners report a noticable improvement and she seems to have her mojo back!

These beautiful home raised puppies having a snuggle session after their microchips. Both have gorgeous temperaments and are looking for 5*homes 🥰

Microchip day for a litter of 9 pups, a crossbreed of 3 different breeds, any guesses? 😍 I've known these guys since before they were born (see second photo for ultrasound image of one of the puppies as a 2cm foetus!) The 3 pups in the photo are still looking for loving homes and they are of course scrumptious.

Thankyou to everyone for either following my page and/or supporting my business and the rescues. I have updated some of my prices, (these do not apply to existing bookings.) In almost 5 years of business I hope you can understand that this was inevitable. It's reassuring to hear feedback from existing clients who have said for a while I should up my fees. Thankyou for appreciating the value of care I provide. I try my best to do right by every animal I am entrusted to look after; whether it be from a paying client, a foster, rescue or a surrendered animal. They are all worthy🥰

*update- after referral Ginny has age related neuro issues and I am being overly cautious! She has recovered well from a series of "mini strokes" she will likely have more but now I know how to support her and know she is not in pain. Please be patient with me whilst responses to communication may be delayed. Ginny is undergoing further testing for some worrying changes and we have a referral appointment booked. It's just me running Auntie Jessie's and I don't feel I have the capacity to fire on all cyclinders at the moment. Please do not think me rude if I do not respond as quickly as usual and thankyou for understanding 🐾
