✨ Exciting News: We’re Back and We’ve Expanded! ✨

I am thrilled to announce that Stow Pet Services Co. has officially evolved into Helping Paws & Hands.

As my business has grown, I’ve realised that I can support my clients in more ways than just pet care. While looking after your pets is still at the heart of what I do, I’ve transitioned to a more holistic service designed to help you manage your entire home and busy lifestyle.

New Name, Same Trusted Service.

Although the name has changed, my dedication to providing high-quality, reliable care remains exactly the same. I am incredibly proud of the reputation I built as Stow Pet Services Co., and I’m carrying that same energy into this new chapter.

I am saddened to say that I am no longer continuing with Stow Pet Services Co.

I will honour any pre-existing bookings booked for before the new year, however, I am going to stop taking new bookings from today.

Unfortunately, it’s just not working out financially in terms of costs, and I’m too limited by distance without a car.

Thank you to every one of my clients who has booked in with me. It’s been an absolute pleasure caring for your pets, and I sincerely wish you all the best.

It’s been a while!

I do apologise for being absent for a few weeks. Life got pretty hectic and I needed to prioritise my home life.

Now that everything is sorted, I’m more than happy to say I’m back in business!

Stow Pet Services Co. offers friendly and reliable services in Stowmarket and surrounding areas. We can offer dog walking, dog-sitting, cat-sitting, pet-sitting and (depending on the animal) small animal boarding! On top of this, if you’re away for a little while, we can house sit for you - we’re fairly flexible on what we offer ☺️

Today we’re celebrating and appreciating all the black cats that make our lives so much better 💜

Here are some of my favourite black cats:

🖤 Katerina – my gorgeous girl who knows she runs the house but is secretly so loving

🐾✨ A little bit about me ✨🐾

For those who don’t know me, here’s my journey in pet care so far:
- I first started pet services at 14, opening Ell’s Dog Walking in Braintree, Essex. I had a number of regular clients and walked dogs of all shapes and sizes – from Great Danes to tiny Shih Tzus!
- Alongside dog walking, I also cared for a variety of animals, from rabbits and hamsters to cats and dogs.
- When I later moved to Norfolk in 2020, I rebranded as Elliott’s Pet Services in Aylsham. I mainly looked after cats there, but still walked the odd dog or two.
- I paused my business when I went to university to study law (I graduated in July 2024).
- After moving to Stowmarket in May 2025, I realised how much I missed the meaningful work of pet care - so in July 2025 I launched Stow Pet Services Co. 🐾
- I cover Stowmarket, and with the help of my lovely partner, I can also cover surrounding areas for a small additional fee.
- I’m confident in my ability to care for animals, and I’m planning to complete a Pet First Aid course soon. I’m also fully insured with Protectivity.
- At home, I have two wonderful cats pictured below - Georgie and Katerina - and 12 fish 🐱🐠
- Most importantly, I have a true passion for animals. This is more than just a job to me – it’s something that brings me real joy and satisfaction. 💛
