At Tails and Trails dog home boarding and day care we are up and out before 7am to get our walk in then sitting in front of the fan and playing with toys indoors.

In the paddling pool to cool off and out for another walk around 9.30pm.

We have had some settling in sessions for puppies this week. It's great to get them used to us and another environment at a young age and also great for them to socialise with dogs of their own age in a safe environment.

Older dogs can be introduced for short periods but also separated into 2 areas.

Every dog has a trial before their stay. We feel that this is kinder as this gives your dog a chance to get to know the place, and us, and it really helps when they come for their holiday as our home is that bit more familiar to them. This also helps to assess your dogs individual character and any particular needs they may have.

We really do care about all dogs welfare and its our mission for them to live their best life while they are here. This includes a minimum of 2 walks a day, visits to dog parks, plenty of cuddles and playing in the garden. Your dog can sleep in its own room if they need.
