I’ve just been reading a book. A daughter home for Christmas absolute storms heavy rain blocked them in the farm as river raging.
When daughter could leave she had to leave by a steel cable over the river. Once on other side the dog jumped in river swam to daughter they all thought the dog dead but then it crawled out to say it’s farewell.
Never forget the love dogs have for us. 😀
