His mum loves his longer ears and signature bangs, so we made sure to keep those exactly as she wanted, while giving him a shorter, lighter trim through the body to help keep him comfortable during the warmer months.
The result? All the character and charm of Jack's usual style, with a cooler, more practical coat for summer.

๐Ÿ’• Ralph the Australian Labradoodle puppy came in for his very first grooming experience and we were so proud of him!

He took everything in his stride, happily accepting the stand dryer on a low setting and having his first feet, paw pad and hygiene tidy. We also introduced a face / head trim, but when Ralph told us heโ€™d had enough, we listened and saved that part for next time.

Building confidence is what puppy grooms are all about, and Ralph was such a brave boy with the sweetest attitude. We canโ€™t wait to see him again for the next step in his grooming journey! ๐Ÿ’•

This was all about gentle introductions. She enjoyed a bath, a little time with the hand dryer, and a couple of nails trimmed before she started to feel a bit overwhelmed.

As always, we finished on a positive note and let Nell set the pace. Mum has already booked her next three appointments to help build her confidence step by step. ๐Ÿ’•
