I’ve seen a lot of videos recently where people pour the shampoo product straight onto the coat and use wayyyyy too much!
It’s a bit like the skincare promoters you see where people pour excessive amounts of serums and creams on their faces, it’s simply a waste of product and your money. Which I get it from the way the commercialisation advertising of products are presented to us is all to make us consume, consume, consume so that we run out and rebuy.
- 𝗕𝘂𝘁 with our products and the way we formulate them it’s just not necessary.
- We always say 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲.
A couple of capfuls in a bucket of water is sufficient, for tough stains or really built up greasy areas such as tops of tails and feathers, tough stains and treating areas that are bacterial infections such as rain scald, using a small amount of shampoo direct onto that area is appropriate but don’t go crazy 🤪

‘Alva’ ... here is the story behind the brand ...

AlvaHorse was established in 1995. By a Welshman called Phil Bowmen.

In 1992 Phil purchased a Welsh cob c**t called Rhystyd Dazzler. Rusty as he called him, grew into a fine horse and Phil was keen to show him off!
