🎇To reduce this stress please walk your dog early and bring cats inside before dark
🎇 Build a den for them to hide in and feel secure
🎆 Close the curtains and put the TV or Radio on before any loud bangs begin
🎆 Stay calm yourselves so they are reassured

Following the October 1st announcement of the closure of the Unicorn Centre in Middlesbrough, we have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support. The announcement has inspired new potential rescue proposals, which we are exploring.

With the support of FRP Advisory, the remaining trustees, alongside the staff, volunteers and local supporters, continue to explore turnaround options to keep the Centre open.

If the Centre is to survive, we need an immediate injection of funding. The Centre has restored our Donation button to Just Giving on its website: https://www.rdaunicorncentre.co.uk/. You can also go straight to our JustGiving page at https://www.justgiving.com/charity/rda-cleveland

We will make further announcements as the situation develops.

This has been a very challenging time for all involved with the Centre and we thank everyone for their support and patience.

Meet lovely Mabel. She came for her 2nd vaccination today all included in her Pet Health Club membership.
She also collected her blanket and free bag of kitten food for signing up to PHC.
We look forward to seeing her again soon for a health check and weight check with the nursing team
