Hi everyone, I just wanted to say thank you to those that have been very understanding in the last few weeks with me having to change appointments around due to me taking my dad to lots of hospital appointments I really appreciate your patience. But on another note I just wanted to remind people that missed , late cancellations ( less than 24hrs) or turning up late are fully charged. I’ve got people desperate for earlier appointments so it’s not only a waste of my time but someone else could have had that booking. I understand things crop up but please understand on my business side these mistakes , either through forgetting , illness etc shouldn’t be at my expense. Last week alone I had 6 missed appointments. So please please cancel early or get those reminders set in your phones Thank you 🥰
