We recently saw a very poorly bulldog called Agnes 💖

She hadn’t been able to go for a poo and was straining to try to toilet for three weeks. Sadly she had been told that there was no more that could be done for her as her colon had more than doubled in size 😢

She traveled to us after being recommended by a friend and saw one of our vets Hannah 🌸💖

The following day, Hannah had Agnes in for some tests and investigations and after popping her on intravenous fluids found a large amount of bone impacted faeces in her colon; after breaking down the dry impacted faeces and removing pieces via colonoscopy Agnes managed to finally go to the toilet! 🐾

Agnes came for a check over today and we were pleased to see that her colon had reverted back to a normal size and she’s able to toilet five or six times a day! ✨🐾 💩🙌

Lottie visited us for the first time today after her mum had noticed a swelling on her leg ❤️‍🩹 🐾 🐶

After a quick check over with our vet Hannah, we decided that a little ultrasound scan of the leg was needed - and sure enough we could see a 9mm foreign body making its way up her leg 🐾

After a quick surgery this afternoon we managed to remove the culprit of the swelling! A little grass awn! 💖⭐️ 💚

Lottie enjoyed lots of cuddles in recovery before heading home this evening 💖🐾

This little cutie came to see one of our vets Hannah for a check over today! ❤️

She came in last week as an emergency, unresponsive 🐾
After some diagnostic tests she was diagnosed with a congenital liver shunt and this had made her very poorly. 😢
After spending some time with us and going home on some medications she’s feeling much better and has been back to her cheeky self! 🐈‍⬛

Tyson was happy to be out of theatre! 🤪

He visited us last week with a fractured tooth which had caused uncontrollable and severe bleeding from his mouth, so his mum rushed him down to us for emergency surgery! 🆘 🚨

Vets Matt and Hannah were quickly able to sort the problem and were pleased to see him feeling much happier in recovery ❤️‍🩹
