Absolutely furious with a certain well known vets telling my customers that their dogs were fine to have the kennel cough vaccine yesterday 15th June when due to go into boarding kennels just 5 days later Friday 19th June . Apparently just advising to keep them away from baby in the family.
I don’t make the kennel cough vaccine a mandatory rule with my kennels simply because even though vaccinated dogs have a chance of picking the virus up anyway and passing it on to others but more concerning for elderly dogs and others who can’t have the vaccination as their immune system can’t handle it with being a live vaccine and in some cases can be fatal.
If you do choose to have the kennel cough vaccine alongside your primary mandatory vaccine booster for kennels and you are due to kennel your dogs within 3 weeks DONT have kc administered, have it done if you wish after your holiday.
Please remember that all vaccination cards/ proof is bought here to stay for duration, it’s owners responsibility to check and understand the protocol as in future I will have to turn people away.

Average summer out in paddock time here is 8am until 8pm.. 12 hours of freedom🐶Tea time done supervised at 6pm whilst still out. Tonight though these two were still happily playing. If they don’t want to come in and enjoying themselves I leave until they come to the gate. You’re enjoying your holiday so why shouldn’t they do too!

Can I please remind everyone again that each time your dogs come to stay you need to bring their vaccinations card or print offs that stay here with your dog on each visit.
If you forget you will be asked to send me a screenshot of up to date cover otherwise your dog will be put into a quarantine kennel and not allowed the freedom of the paddock. Thank you

Long haired German shepherd puppies World wide champion sire Knut Von der wilden dreizehn is the daddy of these babies. Kaia my security protection girl is mummy.
Chosen have now been marked as reserved please view and share interest in the others. Health tested parents. Hip/elbow passed with BVA. Puppies will have:Full health check/First vaccination/micro chipped/ insured. Ready to leave at the age of 8 weeks from 1st June.
