🐾 A Little Note About Timekeeping 🐾

As many of you know, I work one-to-one with your lovely dogs to make sure they get my full attention and care. Because of this, my schedule relies on appointments running smoothly.

When drop-offs or collections run late, it impacts the rest of my day and other customers who are booked in after you. I completely understand that life happens, but I kindly ask that everyone makes every effort to be on time.

⏰ Being prompt helps me keep the day stress-free for your dog, for me, and for all my clients.

⏰ From now on, please note:

Late arrivals may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled

Late collections may incur an additional fee.

Your cooperation means I can give every dog the calm, focused care they deserve.

Just a heads up . My next appointment is April 22nd . Please try to book in as soon as possible as I’m super busy at the moment . I’ve not taken on any new customers so I can try and fit my long term customers in . I’ll review this again at the end of the month . Please keep up to date with flea treatments

Just a little reminder that if you know your dog has fleas please re arrange your appointment, it can have a knock on effect for my day for rearranging appointments as I always let the next customer aware and give them the opportunity to decide if they want the appointment still . I know sometimes you might not realise if there are only a couple but there is every chance they will spread to the next dog . If I find fleas I will bath the dog in flea shampoo and then flea bomb my workshop and leave it overnight . Thank you 😊extra charge of £15 applies for deep clean and flea bomb and flea shampoo
