Katherine will be on holiday from Saturday 24th February - 2nd March so will not be replying to any messages/calls that week. She is then competing at Crufts the following week with her dog Mayhem so will probably be a bit tied up that week too. We will try to stay on top of messages as much as possible but please be patient.

I will be off work now until Monday 22nd August as I am off the the British Flyball Championships with my pack of nutters. Anyone who is awaiting an appointment I’m going to try and get back to you this evening. Any messages received between now and Monday will be sorted when I am back at work. Please can I ask that everyone checks that they know when their appointments are booked for and sets reminders etc so they don’t forget, if you aren’t sure when you are booked in please message me to check as I have had a few no shows and last minute cancellations recently which is lovely for my dogs as it means they get an extra walk but incredibly frustrating for me when I have a list of people desperately wanting appointments ASAP but having to wait 4 weeks because I’m fully booked. Morning everyone
Just an update and a bit of a plea for patience, I am incredibly busy working so it is sometimes a challenge to keep up with all the requests for treatments. I completely understand the wish to get a treatment sorted ASAP but please give me a couple of days after messaging me to get back to you, by all means if you haven’t heard after a couple of days please do give me an extra message as I may well have missed your message amongst all the others, I am also not dealing with any work matters on Sundays as I need at least 1 day each week where I am off the clock.
Saying that, I am currently booking the last week of March so if you are wanting a pre season treatment for your horse or dog please do get in touch fairly soon or you may be disappointed.

It has been brought to my attention that I have a lot of outstanding bank transfer payments owing, unfortunately this may mean that in the future I need to stop allowing payments that aren’t done at the time of treatment. I will be going through all appointments for the last few months to double check where payment is owing and will be contacting those people to chase up. If you think you may have forgotten to pay please do check your bank accounts and make payment asap if it has been missed.

I will be away from 11th-19th September on holiday. During that time I will not be picking up messages etc but will get back to everyone as soon as I get back. I am currently catching up with all the appointment requests I currently have and hope to have contacted everyone who is waiting for appointments by the end of today, thank you for your patience as I know this has been taking some time.

COVID UPDATE

Following tonight’s announcement I am pleased to say that I will be continuing to treat your animals. Where possible I will treat on my own in the stable (obviously you are ok to be there and watch but not in the stable). Where this is not possible then please be prepared to wear a mask whilst we are both in the stable. I will also be washing hands/sanitising in between treatments.

If anyone is concerned and would like to rearrange your appointment please get in touch ASAP so I can fill the spaces.
