Please think twice before walking your dogs in extreme heat. Hot pavements can burn their paws in seconds, and dogs can quickly suffer from heatstroke — which can be fatal.

If the ground is too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws. 🐾

🚫 Avoid walks during peak heat
💧 Always carry water
🌳 Stick to shaded areas
⏰ Walk early morning or late evening

Our dogs rely on us to keep them safe. Please don’t risk it in this weather. ❤️

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately — but it’s only because we’ve been super busy behind the scenes 🐶✂️

Our days have been full of wagging tails, fresh trims, and lots of happy pups, so sadly social media took a bit of a back seat!

Apologies for the one-day delay — but we’re thrilled to officially launch our Shoe Box Appeal today! 🥰
Christmas is just around the corner, and we want to make sure every one of our rescue dogs has something special to open this year. ❤️

Here’s how you can get involved:
📦 Fill a shoe box with a few festive goodies such as:
💚 Dog treats
💚 Tins of Chappie
💚 A small toy or gift for Christmas Day
💚 A collar or lead

You’ll find the drop-off points on the picture, and a list of all our dogs’ names will be in the comments so you can choose who your box is for. Once you’ve picked your pup, we’ll pop your initials next to their name to make sure every dog gets at least one present. 🎄

Your kindness truly means the world to our dogs – especially those spending Christmas in kennels. Let’s make sure they all feel the love this festive season. 💕
