Half term is here! Lots of regulars and new faces arriving for their holidays. Thanks for the patience and waits at busy times….the nature of the business is seasonal and it’s often a juggle with being mummy too so thanks for the reassuring looks of ‘you got this’ when I need to dash off to plait hair or apply Halloween makeup to our 10 year old. All guests settled wonderfully and I look forward to seeing you again today 🐾🥕👻. Happy half term everyone xx

Well that’s a wrap on the busiest summer I’ve ever known. Here’s to the autumn months….

For 10 years I’ve been running my little business now and seeing it grow year on year never fails to amaze me. We have 1000 followers now too!

Thank you to each and every paw , tail, scale and human foot that has been up our drive this summer. Thank you to Grace for her dedication in helping me out during these busy times! I’m making it sound like an acceptance speech … 😅🤣🤣

From 4am starts to vet visits; from belly laughs to tears ; from 5* reviews to a 1* review from 4 humans that were refused entry at the pet hotel (who turned up at midnight on a whim)because they saw the word ‘hotel’ and wanted bed and board ; from sawdust and p**p in my hair to the looks and winks of parents who understand the juggle of still being needed as mummy while running a business. Thank you. It’s been quite a challenge this summer but we are still here; open all year and going strong. And still very grateful to be doing what I’m doing.

I am frantically catching up with admin now too lol…

In the midst of taking care of your pets we have had the pleasure of one of my customers , James Cornbill working his magic in creating the new artwork on our hotel and garage. He is absolutely amazing and his talent and attention to detail is second to none. Thank you
