These oysters are ripe and ready to pick, there's something so refreshing about harvesting fresh produce that you've grown yourself and getting to enjoy it in a dish.

Olive oil
Garlic
Dough (Just water, 00 Italian flour, yeast, sugar, salt and olive oil)
Bechemel sauce (The secret is to use browned butter)
Mozzarella (2 types)
Parmesan
Truffle Oil to finish!!
