Good morning everyone,
With regret I am writing this post unfortunately puppies n pooches will close permanently (for good this time sadly) with immediate effect. As in my previous post, the landlord is having the house evaluated which is where I rent the unit from. This leaves me no choice but to close the salon, with such short notice I canāt find anywhere else to move it to neither in budget along with business costs.. š
As also mentioned on my last update post. The work phone decided to switch off and never turn back on so if I never confirmed your appointment/replied it was never booked.
Ive not been ignoring anyone I promise Iām just in the process of getting everything back onto another phone so I can go through messages.
If you were booked in and paid a deposit (I know there was only 1 or 2 customers who did) once the business has been sold up and closed , as thereās a process I have to go through with the books etc, I will pop over your deposit. Donāt worry. However, policies still apply until then. (Eg if youāve requested to move or cancel your appointment, your deposit is lost). I have seen messages pinging up on top of the iPad I just canāt click on them as it locked me out on there because I was logged in on the work phone. So Iāve seen some messages pop up etc just canāt reply.
I have made some amazing bonds with clients + your pooches and Iāve been dreading typing up this post as this time I know itās permanent. I wish all my clients the best and there will be some other amazing groomers who will accompany your custom. ā¤ļø
I appreciate all the support from all of you, the ones who have been with me since day one and have seen my little business grow into a fully booked business! Iām heart broken that this is the last time. Yet it still doesnāt feel real typing this.
I will miss you all massively š
