Hello everyone!

As much as I completely understand that life happens and sometimes we all have to cancel last minute, it can become difficult for me as a small business when bookings are cancelled at short notice 🩷

So going forward, I’ll be introducing a cancellation policy:

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking will be charged at 50%
• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate

Of course, this is weather permitting ☀️⛈️
If the weather is unsafe — for example extreme heat or severe storms we will assess and replan. But if there’s no safety risk, me and the pooches will still be out and about! 😂

This policy will come into effect from 18th May 😊
