Id just like to address this review that we've been given following a new customer booking in last week. I can't seem to reply on Google, and I feel that the review is massively unjustified, and completely untrue, so I'd like to give our side of the story.
This customer asked me for a last minute appointment for a long haired German shepherd due to the dog going to family at the weekend. I had absolutely no spaces but agreed to work late on Friday night to accommodate her and squeezed an extra appointment in to the end of a very busy week.
Every confirmation email we send gives a full breakdown of where we are and the directions to lead you to the gate. This is outlined in every email and in the intro when booking an appointment.
This customer arrived almost 10 minutes late for the appointment and sent a text to say they did not know where the salon was. I was happy to accept the lateness but did say I may struggle to get the dog finished as I had commitments of my own at the end of the day (I was already working up to 3 hours later than my normal work day to fit this customer in). I knew once she did find the salon it would be even later and I needed to also do a consultation on a new dog before bringing her in, meaning its likely I wouldn't get started until at least 20/30 minutes after the original appointment time. After sending directions again when asked for them, we heard nothing back. I waited in the salon until 4pm (30 minutes after the appointment time) and nobody turned up, so I went home.
Reviews like this are a massive detriment to businesses, especially when they are completely untrue.
All we ask is that you plan your visit, and turn up on time. I'm happy to do the rest!
