Following the 45% increase in fuel prices since2020 we are reluctantly having to increase our courier charges with immediate effect…we have continued to absorb the extra costs until now but it is something we could not continue if we were to maintain our high level of service ..We hope our regular and new customers will accept the need to make this decision and continue to support us….rgds Ian@FIREFLY

As a DEFRA LICENSED PET COURIER SERVICE WE ARE NOW ALLOWED TO OPERATE NORMALLY..WE ARE FULLY INSURED FOR PET TRAVEL WITH PETPLAN...We practice strict social distancing and hand hygiene procedures to protect our customers and courier...We are now extending our service area to cover most of mainland UK subject to prior planning.Our normal terms and conditions still apply...
