🐾 A little reminder about appointment times 🐾

Please arrive at your exact appointment time – not early.

I’ve had a few clients arriving 10–15 minutes early and opening the gate, while I’m still working on the previous dog. At that point I may still have scissors or clippers in hand, and an unexpected gate opening can startle the dog I’m grooming, which is dangerous.

For safety reasons, my insurance and planning permission also requires one dog in and one dog out at a time to keep noise down which is part of my permission. If two dogs meet at the gate and something were to happen, it could create a difficult situation.

If you do arrive early, please just wait in your car until your appointment or walk your dog around the block

It’s not me being awkward – it’s simply about keeping every dog safe and calm during their groom. Thank you so much for understanding and helping me keep things running smoothly. 🐶✨

Hi lovely clients 🐾
There’s a lot of bugs doing the rounds at the moment (very Covid flashbacks 😅). I’ve had a few people arriving unwell or with poorly partners, so this week I’m going back to drop-and-go mode
Please hand your dog over at the door rather than coming inside my pod — sorry, I know the weather’s awful! I really don’t want to be ill for Christmas, and if I get sick it means cancelled grooms (and nobody wants that!).

Apologies the thumb infection took me to A&E today , as it decided to travel up my arm!

I’m having to cancel appointments Tuesday/ Wednesday due to an infection in my thumb that landed me in urgent care yesterday. Ive sent an email out to everyone who is booked in for this week, but Tuesday & Wednesday appointments are definitely cancelled as cannot take off dressing till then.

I’ve had a few questions recently, so just to clarify…
When you book your dog’s appointment online or I put it on for you , If at any point you chose to “ unsubscribe “ from emails you won’t receive a separate booking confirmation email, this is absolutely fine – but please do make sure you remember the appointment you made, as the system cannot send a confirmation .
Just to add . Incase you think i may send out hundreds of spam emails ( i have no time 🤣) I don’t send out marketing emails – the only time I’ll be in touch this way on an email is for important updates, like when my December diary opens or if i have time off

As soon as you go , guess what they are doing either jumping in the bath / for a little treat as Barney here is doing a great video
We have chip snoozing & bobby yawning at being groomed .. 😂
