THE INTRODUCTION OF BIODIVERSITY NET GAIN MAY BE DELAYED AGAIN.
However, The Times reported on Thursday, 11 January that it “understood from several sources” that the launch of the biodiversity net gain requirement “will be postponed again to next month (February)”.

According to the newspaper, the latest hold-up was “down to parliamentary delays because of the required secondary legislation being laid late, rather than a political attempt to postpone it or kill it off”. Umm!
