I knew it was going to be a shambles!!
So seemingly those classed as agents on Petlog received emails detailing the database was being updated, accounts migrated , and giving a weeks notice to check their details, set up a new account etc, Before the system went live .. to the masses !
a week ? For the volume of accounts and animals chipped on it ?
A week was clearly not enough, the lack of warning to clients was obscene, the panic and worry caused is appalling.. all because of a LACK OF COMMUNICATION once again.. my plaudits to the staff on the ground sorting out everyoneβs queries, calls, e-mails, missing data forms ... hats off to them π. But I would like to see an apology, and explanation NOW from the top ... not next week , not next month.. !
Not sure this release covers it π€π πππππ
