🐾 Keeping Your Little Pups Safe in Cold, Ice & Snow! ❄️

Winter weather can be tough on small dogs, but a few simple steps can keep them cozy and safe:

🧥 Bundle Up: Pop on a warm snuggly snug coat to keep them warm and dry.
❄️ Protect Those Paws: Ice and salt can irritate their paws—use booties or rinse their paws after walks.
⏳ Shorter Walks: Keep outdoor time brief, and watch for signs they’re getting too cold.
🏠 Warm at Home: Make sure they have a cozy spot to curl up inside.

The weather forecast says snow is on its way over the next 24 hours, but don’t worry—we’re not letting a little winter wonderland stop us! 🌨️ Our daycare will be open as usual, ready to keep your pups warm, safe, and entertained.

With cozy central heating, heated beds, and lots of indoor fun planned, your dogs will be snug as a bug while they play the day away. 🐶💙

Just make sure to travel safely if you’re dropping off or picking up.

With colder days ahead, you might be wondering if your dog needs a coat to stay warm. While some breeds, like Huskies, are built for winter, other pups-especially small breeds, short-haired breeds, or seniors-can really benefit from a cozy layer on those chilly walks.

At Exclusively Barkdales, we’ve got the warmth covered! Our daycare is fully equipped with central heating and heated beds to keep every pup cozy, even on the frostiest days. ❤️❄️

So, whether or not they’re sporting a coat, they’ll stay snug and warm with us!

Know your dog, check the weather, and when in doubt, a little extra warmth never hurts!
