An other lovely review in today, this time for the amazing Janet and Richard after they looked after Manx, a big thank you to them and to Mel for taking the time to send it in 😍🐶

"We approached Jason at Stockport, Wilmslow and Macclesfield branch of Petstay initially for home boarding and from start to finish it's been seamless. Jason found a suitable home for our Jack Russell Terrier 'Manx' with Janet, Richard and their doggy Dexter. From the first visit to their home to him staying with them for just over 2 weeks it's clear our boy has been 'very' well looked after just like their own dog. It's comforting to know the level and care they've given him as he looked very contented indeed from the photo updates Janet sent during our holiday away. I wouldn't hesitate using Petstay again and Janet and Richard if they were available of course.
Thank you so much for looking after Manx, it's peace of mind knowing he's been lovingly cared for.

Please avoid walking your dog during the hottest parts of the day. Instead, head out early in the morning or later in the evening when it's cooler.

Another lovely review from one of our valued customers, as always we really appreciate all of our customers that take the time to write a review because we know the positive impact that has.

A big thanks to Dianne one of our incredible carers that clearly goes the extra mile for the dogs that she looks after.

“I couldn't fault the service I received from Petstay at all. Jason was so friendly and found me the perfect pet sitter for my dog Pixie. I was initially extremely nervous as the only sitter available for my dates away was a lady with 2 dogs of her own. My dog is an only dog and is unashamedly a bit of a 'princess', so I wasn't sure how she'd cope. I have left her in kennels previously, and she didn't settle at all and lost a lot of weight, so I was uncomfortable leaving her again for 2 weeks, whilst we were away in America.

I met with Dianne and her 2 dogs, when Pixie and I went for an initial home visit. Dianne is such a natural 'dog' person and is clearly very experienced at owning dogs and she made me feel so at ease and asked all the right questions about Pixie and wanted to find out as much as she could about her, to make her stay go well. We even agreed to go on a couple of walks together before Pixies stay, so I could see where Pixie would be walked and so the dogs could get use to each other beforehand.

I was really nervous about leaving Pixie and thought it would spoil my holiday, to constantly be worrying about her but Dianne and I had agreed that we would keep in touch throughout the holiday with little updates and photos now and again, this meant I could really enjoy my holiday and Pixie could enjoy her time away too.

After picking Pixie up she has settled back into life at home again and I would have absolutely no hesitation using Dianne again and would recommend using Petstay to anyone (and have already recommended them to my veterinary practice).”

“Recently we left our 8year old ETT with dog boarder John. We were apprehensive as this was the first occasion we'd left her and she is a rescue dog with a traumatic history, is nervous and doesn't make friends easily.
However, we need not have worried because when we collected her she was happy, relaxed, looked very well and even put a little weight on. John had obviously handled her with love, acceptance and kindness, even though she wouldn't let him put her lead on, hence no walks. She'd followed him around, spent time sleeping and enjoyed his garden.
We would certainly be happy to leave her with John again.”❤️🐶😊
