PetStay Stockport, Wilmslow & Macclesfield PetStay Stockport, Wilmslow & Macclesfield. Dog home boarding fully licensed and insured Only dogs from the same household are boarded together.

PetStay Stockport covers all areas in SK postcodes, including Hazel Grove, Bramhall, Cheadle, Wilmslow, Poynton, Macclesfield, High Peak & Buxton. Home boarding for dogs is an alternative to kennels, providing a less stressful environment for your dog and peace of mind for you whilst you are away on holiday. Home boarding is about your dog being in a comfortable, happy environment in a home, with

lots of safeguards in place, but without kennels or cages. When we receive an enquiry we take details about your dog/s and then carefully match them to one of our trusted dog carers who have been hand-picked by us, interviewed, licensed and insured. Licence number - CE/HB183/300923

We try to find a carer who lives close to you, but more importantly we choose one who will be most suitable for your dog/s. Next we would organise a no-obligation meeting for you to visit the carer to make sure you, and your dog, are happy with the carer we have chosen. While staying with one of our carers, your dog will be treated as one of the family, and all your dog’s normal routines will be kept. Drop me a message to check availability

Another great review, this time from Millie after her dog Pongo stayed with Jo and Paul. Thanks so much for taking the time to post a review to our google page, and of course credit as always to Jo and Paul for making sure that Pongo had such a great time.

"Pongo had the best time with Jo and Paul .. he didn’t want to come home 🤣 Thank you Jason for helping everything happen so quickly and easy"

If you're interested in joining our group of Home Dog Boarders then please get in touch, we take care of the licensing, insurance and all the paperwork, you just get to have the fun and cuddles with dogs just like Pongo.

Such a lovely review left on our Google page I just had to repost it here. Many thanks to Risse for leaving the review and Janet and Richard for taking such excellent care of Pickles

"Janet is a godsend. An experienced dog owner who cares for Pickles as if he were her own. She was very meticulous and organised prior to the stay and ensured she fully understood Pickles needs.

While I was away she kept me updated after first checking my preference for frequency of contact. Pickles is clearly very fond of her and greets her as if she were a family friend. I wholeheartedly recommend Janet for absolute peace of mind that your dog is getting the best care when you are on your holiday."

Warning! We're seeing heatstroke cases in our Pet Hospitals and, tragically, some could not be saved ⚠️

Heatstroke is a very serious condition that can cause severe dehydration, organ damage and even death. If your pet is showing symptoms of heatstroke, start cooling them down immediately and contact your vet.

It’s important for pet owners to be aware of the signs of heatstroke. The quicker they’re cooled down, the better their chance of recovery.

See the full guide: https://pdsa.me/2M3r

*Please note that ice cubes are perfectly safe to use as a treat to cool down on a hot day. If your pet is suffering from heatstroke they should not be used as treatment.

[Visual description: An infographic that outlines the signs of heatstroke in dogs that owners should look out for, and what to do if you’re worried. This includes: Vomiting, excessive panting, foaming at the mouth, bright red or pale gums, drooling, confusion, weakness, collapsing, shaking, seizures and diarrhoea.]

Always grateful when our customers take the time to post a review. Thanks RoseAnne, so pleased that Winnie had a great holiday with John.

RoseAnne just left a new 5-star review of petstay.net:

"John welcomed Winnie my puppy cocker spaniel into his home treating her as his own. She was well looked after & was so very happy when I collected her. John sent me photos throughout the week. Thankyou"
