Today is a really special day for Grooming Marvellous. The 10th of May 2005 I opened the door to my first ever customer after having a career redirection and training as a dog
groomer. I had five fabulous years at my home salon building up a really strong customer base and it became apparent I'd outgrown my little base. 5 years later I got my high street premises, worked hard on a quick conversion and opened the doors to a bigger brighter salon 😃.
The salon just went from strength to strength then and I'd realised all my ambitions for an open, caring and quality groomers where dogs comforts and experience was priority.
This was all made possible as well by having great staff over the 15 years in our high street base. Many have gone on to open their own salons which is amazing 🤩. The big big shout out has to go to Katie, a key member of the team and has been with the salon for coming up to 15 years - she also makes Grooming Marvellous what it is today so thank you Katie ❤️.
And then the biggest thanks ever goes to our customers. Without you all - with your loyalty and support - we would not be where we are today. We have such a loyal customer base that we had to close our books two years ago so we could ensure we could always accommodate everyone. Some of you have been with me for this whole 20 years experience - I just find it unbelievable and am so so grateful. Thank you all and for entrusting us with precious members of your family - it really does mean the world and we feel privileged.
