I just wanted to say a massive thankyou to all your patience with the postage situation we have here in the UK. We have been having a lot of post strikes recently which are delaying your orders. We also have the additional problem (which is global) of all the extra parcels and letters being sent this time of year! Which again is causing major delays.

If you have been waiting for a parcel from us (if your order was before 11th November), please message us BEFORE writing a negative review as you may just find it will arrive just a few days later, or it may be lost in which case we can sort your order out 😊

Thankyou again for all your patience there are a couple more orders we are finishing off this week so please be patient with us ❤️

Wow I cannot believe monstertrims started this week 8 years ago!!!!

One of our beloved customers has sadly passed away. What a wonderful dragon and a fantastic model. Herbert has been a customer since we started so we are gutted he has gone.
