🐾House Visit - Meet Betsy🐾

House visit yesterday afternoon for Betsy, she’s recently moved into her new home and is settling in pawfectly 😅🤭😌

Yesterday’s visit included dinner time topped off with ham and a treat 🍖 after she’d finished her dinner she celebrated in the one way she knows how - with a full on session of zoomies followed by an excitable wriggle and rub all over the carpet 😂🥰 I think it’s safe to say she approved of the ham!

Soon after we had a short walk and plenty of playtime with her toys!

🌙Meet Moon🌙

Moon is a relatively new member to the crew and this little Terrier never fails to make me smile. The moment I arrive he’s greeting me at the door, tail wagging, jumping with joy and zoomies, LOTS of zoomies - he certainly provides to warmest welcome🥹🥰

However we do have one tiny disagreement😬
According to Moon his feet are strictly off limits, they are simply there for display purposes only and are not to be touched. Nail checks, foot inspection, paw wipes? “I don’t think so…absolutely not” he’d say🤔and who I am to argue with a Terrier?

Luckily we’ve come to an understanding that I respect his little Terrier opinions and I still get the warmest welcome every visit🥰
I’ve taken time to build trust and make sure each visit is enjoyable for him.

That’s one of many things I love about my job, each and every dog has their own unique personality, quirks and sense of humour and getting to know them is the best part of my job❤️🐾

I had a lovely time looking after Maggie and Max for this last week🐶❤️
It was their first time being cared for by someone they didn’t know, so naturally their owner was a little nervous. I’m pleased to say they settled and adjusted very well and their owner told me they felt completely reassured knowing their dogs were happy and well looked after while they were away.

Looks like I’ve made a new friend over the last few days. I was asked to cat sit Morphe, he wasn’t too sure on day one but it’s safe to say after his first feed we became good friends🥰he’s certainly left his mark on my heart and I look forward to sitting for him again in future☺️
