➡️ Scattering treats at the field

Any of my training clients will know that I love a good scatter feed as a calming activity for my dogs.

With that in mind, if you do chose to do this at the field (particularly in the log pile) please can you check to see if there are any treats your dog may have missed.

Doggy visitors after you may have allergies or be on restricted diets.

🎉 We’re opening earlier than planned – and we’re celebrating with a photo competition! 🎉

Thanks to the hard work of the team installing our new path, the field will be back open from Tuesday 12th August! 🐾

A few areas will need a little time to settle in and the grass to regrow – so as always, please don’t let your dogs dig in the field so everyone can enjoy it.

Along with the path, we’ve added a surprise new feature… but you’ll have to visit to find out what it is! 😉

The base for our new field shelter is also in place, with the new building expected late Sept / early Oct. For now, our old shelter has simply moved to a new spot and is ready for use.

🔴 Field Closure: 4th – 17th August 🔴

I just wanted to give you a heads-up that the field will be closed from Monday 4th to Sunday 17th August while we have a new path installed around the edge of the field.

I know it’s frustrating not being able to visit during this time, and I’m really sorry for the disruption, but I promise it’ll be worth it! This new path will make winter walks much easier and far less muddy underfoot.

If the work finishes ahead of schedule, I’ll open the field back up early and let everyone know.

For those of you with a plan active during the closure, I’ll be in touch directly and will extend your expiry date so you’ve still got plenty of time to use your sessions.

Thanks so much for your understanding – I can’t wait to welcome you back to try out the new path! 🥳
