Third time lucky...

Lesson at Northcote tonight, not very warm but it went well, we worked on jumping from a bigger and more forward canter and it seems to suit her, just had one fence towards the end of the course when the battery was running out but all in all a really good session.

This was more than we could have hoped for, a month ago we weren't sure we'd even get to the RoR champs this year as she had a big leg, but today she's repaid all the time and effort tenfold ❤️

Anybody wanting a FREE horsey day out this week, the RoR National Championships begin at Aintree tomorrow and run until Sunday, showcasing the many talents of thoroughbreds once they've left racing behind.

These two will be competing, Warwickway on the left and Key Choice on the right. Good luck to Andrew Smith and Sara Moss-Gibbons 🤞

A day I wasn't sure we'd ever see. This lad was suffering from anxiety and spookiness that was getting worse and worse. He had some time off and then after Christmas we started with groundwork using the TRT method and the difference in him is untrue. This is the first time with a rider on board since October 2023. He's still got a long way to go but he's not the same horse we had last year, sometimes you just have to think outside the box.
