It's been a busy few weeks behind the scenes, so we thought it was time to let you all know what's been happening!
🌿 We're expanding to Oakham!
We're really pleased to be taking over Rigby & Rover at Rutland Garden Village.
Jonny has decided it's time to hang up his scissors, and we'd like to thank him for trusting us with his salon and wish him all the best with his future plans.
We'll be getting the keys very soon and are looking forward to opening our Oakham doors on 7th September. To begin with, we'll be grooming there Monday to Wednesday and every other Friday.
✂️ Katie's next adventure
We wanted to let you know Katie will be leaving us on 11th August to open her own salon, Fluffy Cuts, in Mawsley.
We're sad to see her go, but we're also really pleased for her and wish her every success with her new venture.
✨ A fresh look
New branding! It's something we've been meaning to do for a while, and with the move into Oakham it felt like the right time. New look... same team.
📅 Appointments
With Katie leaving, we're temporarily down a groomer, so our current lead time is around 9 weeks. If you'd like to stay on your regular grooming schedule, we'd really recommend having at least your next two appointments booked in to avoid delays.
A huge thank you to everyone who's been happy to move appointments around recently. We know it's not always convenient, and we really appreciate your patience while we've worked through a fair bit of reshuffling. It's taken some sorting 🙈
Our newest team member Holly, is settling in really well and does have some appointments available sooner than our current lead time. She's still gaining experience, so if you'd be happy for Holly to groom your dog and would like an earlier appointment, just get in touch.
If Oakham is more convenient for you, or you'd like to swap your appointments between salons, just let us know and we'll do our best to make it work.
